At Grand Hotel Terminus, which is located next door to Villa Terminus, refreshments and great food can be enjoyed in unique surroundings in Bar Amundsen. The menu includes stone oven-baked pizza, exciting small dishes, dinner and tempting desserts.

There is a beautiful two-acre garden for relaxation. You can also arrange private parties and various corporate events in the garden.
Conference and function rooms:
The villas are pleasant and cozy rooms with the possibility of various events, such as aperitifs, parties or cooking classes. In addition, the sister hotel Grand Hotel Terminus can be your host for almost any kind of event. Everything from intimate family gatherings to large conferences.

Hotellets historie
The history of Villa Terminus began as early as 1769, when the Zander Kaaes Foundation was established by Alexander "Zander" Kaaes from Bergen. The foundation's "home", Villa Terminus, was designed by Joachim Reichborn. The house was originally a home for the elderly in need, and the building at the time had a richly designed ark in rococo style. Over the years, the house has been redesigned and has been home to refugees, the elderly and students. The building was considered to be so important to the city that it was listed as protected in 1927.
The villa has been owned by Zander Kaae's foundation for 250 years, but was bought in 2012 by Grand Hotel Terminus with the ambition to give the building new life. In 2016, Villa Terminus was ready, and the building was restored with care and respect for history. The boutique hotel is in baroque style and has handpicked world-class interior design.

Accessibility: The hotel is not adapted for wheelchair users. It has not been possible to make the building universally accessible due to its conservation status.
Smoking: The hotel is completely non-smoking indoors. There are separate areas where our guests can smoke outdoors. Smoking in hotel rooms or other indoor common areas will result in a fee of at least NOK 1,500.
City bikes: City bikes are available for hire right next to the hotel, in the same street.
Parking: The nearest car park is ByGarasjen, where our guests get a 15% discount, and Grieg Parkeringhus, where our guests get a 30% discount when they stamp their ticket at the reception.
